Farm Skills Ltd Refund Policy

At Farm Skills Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and educational content. We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to provide a fair and straightforward refund process for our students. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, ensuring transparency and clear expectations for all enrolled participants.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for courses not yet accessed or started.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available for:

  • Courses that have been accessed or started, as this indicates acceptance and use of course content.

  • Situations where technical issues are found to be the result of the student’s personal hardware, software, or internet connectivity.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen hardship or personal circumstances, such as severe illness or family emergencies, Farm Skills Ltd may offer a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required for verification.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at admin@farmskills.co.nz - providing your name, course name, and reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Farm Skills Ltd reserves the right to update this refund policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply only to future purchases.
