Founder Carlos Mancer

Coming from a farming background, Founder Carlos Mancer understands the challenges of learning while on the farm.

Travelling to town for classes is time-consuming and study time often conflicts with other responsibilities. Life is full of distractions, assessment deadlines approach quickly, and course costs can be a major barrier.

Having completed his qualifications by distance while farming, it planted the seed of an idea in his head - one that grew over time.

This idea germinated into Farm Skills, an online learning platform designed for people like him; farm workers who needed a chance to learn, grow, and maybe even dream a little bigger.

Learners can study from home, on their own schedule, at their own pace, and at a cost that won’t break the bank.
