We collect your personal information in order to enrol students, tailor your learning experience, communicate effectively, issue certifications, and comply with legal requirements, ensuring smooth course delivery and support. Managing this data responsibly also helps us understand our audience and provide technical assistance when needed.

Besides our staff, we share this information with our LMS provider, certifying bodies, or payment processors in order to manage course access, credentialling, and transactions securely.

If you choose not to enter contact information, we will be unable to provide delivery of important course updates, support services, feedback, and notifications about your progress or certification, which are essential for a complete and responsive learning experience.

We keep your information safe by using student passwords and authentication in the LMS and maintaining strict access controls to limit who can view or manage the information.  Additionally, regular data backups, staff training on data privacy, and routine audits help us to protect student information and maintain compliance with privacy standards.
